Andrezza Hautsch Oikawa
Andrezza has more than 20 years of experience in business structuring, Foreign Direct Investment, innovation projects and institutional relations.
As COO of the Paraná Development Agency, Andrezza was in charge of structuring and manage programs for identification, promotion and negotiation of productive investment projects for the State of Paraná. Andrezza also coordinated the Investment Fostering Department of FIEP (Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná), working in projects to support Innovation in partnership with FINEP, BNDES, BRDE, Fomento Paraná, SEBRAE, TECPAR, IDB, World Bank, among others and was head of Foreign Direct Investment promotion. She has been at the forefront of the New Business areas in large law firms in Brazil.
Former professor of Public and Private International Law and International Business Transactions, in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at PUCPR and Positivo University. Author of several articles and key speaker in the area of investment promotion, productive incentives programs and finance support for innovation.
